Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy 

After we receive your order, we get right to work. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of your product’s completion time—it can take up to 6-8 weeks for us to build your custom earbuds after receiving your scans. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know. 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

International Shipping Policy 

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

WAVS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Return Policy & Warranty

We do not offer returns or refunds for custom-made products. We do provide a 30 day fit-guarantee, and will revise & re-make the product up to 2 times if there are issues with your fit. 

 

Orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed. If you made a mistake on the details of your order, please let our team know as soon as possible before the order goes into production. 

 

Additionally, WAVS come with a 90-day technical warranty. If there’s a problem with your device or accessories, let us know and we’d be happy to make it right. Accidental damage or loss of the product is not covered.
