  • How long will it take to receive my WAVS after ordering?
    After we receive your ear-scans, estimated wait time is 8 weeks (can vary) to process, print, and hand-make your custom earphones. In most cases we are able to deliver before expected. This wait time is industry standard for IEMs that are custom made by hand! Once your order ships out, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.
  • How do I get fitted for WAVS? How does it work?
    Our fitting process is completely digital—no molds, no mess, no visit to the audiologist. We use 3D scans right from your phone. Once you order WAVS earbuds, we’ll email you instructions to use our scanning app on your phone. Current supported phone models are iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max. See the video below:
  • I don’t have a compatible iPhone to use the scanning app. What do I do?
    Our technology is brand new—so not all phone models are compatible just yet. If you don’t have a compatible iPhone, there’s a good chance you know someone that does. You are welcome to use a friend's device to collect the scans, it should take less than 5 minutes! And if you don't know anyone that will let you use their iPhone—no worries! We can send you an at-home mold kit for just $15. WAVS are available for everyone!
  • What if I receive my WAVS and they don’t fit?
    Our patented 3D scanning technology is incredibly accurate, and we’ll be there to coach you through the 3D scanning process. However, we do provide a 30 day fit-guarantee, and will revise & re-make the product up to 2 times if there are issues with your fit. If you are having fitment issues with your set of WAVS, please let us know through the Contact function and we will work with you to find a solution!
  • Is there a product warranty?
    WAVS come with a 90-day technical warranty. If there’s a problem with your device or accessories, let us know through the Contact function and we’d be happy to make it right! Please note accidental damage or loss of the product is not covered under the technical warranty.
  • What are the earphones made of?
    The earbuds are made with a durable photopolymer resin. It’s a strong material with a gloss finish that’s smooth to the touch.
  • What is the return policy for WAVS?
    We do not offer returns or refunds for custom-made products. We do provide a 30 day fit-guarantee, and will revise & re-make the product up to 2 times if there are issues with your fit. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed. If there is a mistake in the details of your order, please let our team know as soon as possible through the Contact function before the order goes into production. Additionally, WAVS come with a 90-day technical warranty. If there’s a problem with your device or accessories, please let us know through the Contact function and we’d be happy to make it right. Please note accidental damage or loss of the product is not covered.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! WAVS ships worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Is there a microphone? Can you use WAVS for making calls?
    Yes and yes. Both of of our Bluetooth attachment options feature microphones and are great for use on calls / video conferences.
